1. Processing Times
We currently process and ship orders within 1 to 3 business days from the confirmation of the purchase.

Processing includes payment verification, preparation, packaging and handing the package over to our shipping partner.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local time), as well as those placed on weekends and holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, the estimated delivery time is 8 to 15 business days.

This time frame is an average estimate and may vary depending on the final destination and the efficiency of the courier service.

"Business days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays and national or local holidays.
3. Important Notice for Travel
If you are planning to receive your order before a specific date, such as your next trip, please place your order as far in advance as possible. Transit delays beyond our control (customs, holidays, courier logistics issues) are not grounds for cancellation or refund of shipping costs.
4. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has left our facilities.

You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor the status and location of your shipment until its final delivery.
5. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions of the items and the delivery address. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout before completing the purchase.
6. Delivery Issues
If you experience any problem with delivery (package marked as delivered but not received, excessive delays, damage), please contact our support team at info@getairnest.com with your order number. We will do everything we can to help you resolve the issue with the courier company.
